I proudly offer Free Domestic Shipping* on Orders $150+. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from order date. Orders placed on weekends & holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow additional shipping time during holiday seasons. 

*Free Shipping Offer is only valid on Domestic Orders. International Orders may incur Additional Fees; Brianna Deep Jewelry is not responsible for duties, taxes or additional fees that may be added during delivery. Please contact your local customs office to receive information regarding shipping from the U.S. to your country.

-Returns-

I'm confident you will be happy with your purchase from Brianna Deep Jewelry, but in the instance you are not satisfied, I'll gladly accept your return of full price merchandise within 14 days from Order Delivery. Returned merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received with original packaging. Custom made items are not eligible for return. Returns must be verified first through email before being shipped back to me; please keep the routing/tracking number so we can track the package. 

When returning your purchase, please wrap your item(s) carefully and package tightly. 

Please keep your tracking number- without tracking number I cannot make a refund if package is lost in transit. 

 

If jewelry is found to be defective at any time, I will be most happy to repair or replace the item for you. To submit a defect claim, a clear photo must be submitted by email showing the defect. Defective items must be approved before shipping back to me to ensure proper care instructions were followed. Brianna Deep Jewelry is not responsible for normal wear and tear on items.
